Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy. This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. It applies to every product sold on certs4sale.com.

Try before you buy

A free sample is available for most products. It is taken from the same file you would receive, so you can check the style, depth and quality of the questions before spending anything. We encourage you to download it first.

14-day refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to have sat an exam, and you do not need to give a reason — if the material is not what you expected, tell us and we will refund you.

This applies even though the product is a digital download that you have already received. Refunds are made in full to your original payment method.

Pass guarantee

Separately from the 14-day window above, if you prepare with our material and still do not pass the exam it covers, we will refund that product — or, if you prefer, give you a different product of the same value free of charge.

To claim under the pass guarantee, send us within 30 days of your exam date:

• your order number;
• your official score report or result notification, showing your name, the exam and the date;
• the name and email address on the order.

The exam must have been taken after you bought the material, and the score report must be for the same exam the product covers. We accept one pass-guarantee claim per product per customer.

Problems with a file

If a file will not download, is corrupt, is the wrong product, or does not match its description on the site, contact us at any time — not just within 14 days. We will replace it or refund you in full. This is in addition to your legal rights.

What is not refundable

We will decline a refund only where:

• the request is made more than 14 days after purchase and does not qualify under the pass guarantee or the faulty-file section above;
• we have clear evidence that the material has been shared, resold, uploaded or otherwise redistributed in breach of clause 5 of our Terms of Use;
• the same customer has repeatedly bought and refunded products in a pattern that shows the refund process is being used to obtain material without paying for it.

We do not refuse refunds because a product was discounted, because a promotional code was used, or because the file has already been downloaded.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and, if you are claiming under the pass guarantee, your score report. You do not need to fill in a form or complete a survey.

• We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are submitted within 5 business days of approval.
• Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account.
• If we decline a request we will tell you why, in writing.

Once a refund is made, access to the refunded product is withdrawn and your licence to use it ends. Please delete any copy you have downloaded.

Buying through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. You can raise a refund request with us using the email above, and we will handle it; you may also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net using the details on your invoice.

Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase and give you rights that are additional to this policy. Nothing here limits those rights, nor any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.

Cancelling before delivery

Because delivery is immediate, there is normally no gap in which to cancel an order. If you placed an order by mistake, contact us straight away and we will refund it.
