These Terms of Use govern your access to certs4sale.com and your purchase of the study material sold on it. Please read them before you buy. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by Certs4Sale ("we", "us"), a company established in the United Kingdom at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected], and we aim to answer every message within two business days.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every purchase: it handles the transaction, collects payment, charges any sales tax or VAT due, and issues your invoice. This means your purchase contract for the transaction itself is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions apply alongside these Terms. We remain responsible for the product itself and for supporting you.
Where any term here conflicts with Paddle's Buyer Terms in a way that would reduce your rights as a buyer, Paddle's Buyer Terms prevail.
We sell downloadable exam preparation material: practice questions with answers and explanations, supplied as PDF files, intended to help you revise for IT and professional certification examinations.
Each product page states the exam code it covers, the number of practice questions included, the file format and the date the material was last reviewed. A free sample is available for most products so you can judge the content before you buy. Prices on the site are shown in US dollars and currently range from about $40 to $79 per product. Taxes are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout according to your country.
Our material is study and revision material. It is written and compiled as practice content. It is not a copy of any live examination, not supplied by any certification body, and not a guarantee of any result.
You are responsible for using the material honestly and in line with the rules of whichever certification programme you are sitting. Most certification bodies require candidates to sign a candidate agreement that prohibits the use of unauthorised material and the disclosure of live exam content. Nothing we supply is intended to be used in breach of such an agreement, and you must not do so.
When you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download the file and use it for your own private study. You may print a copy for your own use.
You may not:
We may suspend or close an account and revoke access where we have reasonable grounds to believe this clause has been breached.
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once you begin the download, because you ask us to supply it immediately. We give you the 14 days anyway, as a contractual right under our Refund Policy. Your other statutory rights, and your rights under Paddle's Buyer Terms, are additional to that policy and are not affected by it.
Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, VMware, Dell EMC and all other product, vendor and certification names used on this site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the examination that a given set of study material relates to.
Certs4Sale is an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any certification body or vendor named on this site. No such vendor has reviewed, approved or certified our material.
The site, its layout, text, graphics and the compiled study material are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. Other than the licence in clause 5, no rights are granted to you.
If you believe anything on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email [email protected] with the material concerned, the right you hold and your contact details. We investigate every notice and remove infringing material promptly where a complaint is substantiated.
You must not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to introduce malicious code, or to attempt to gain access to any account or system you are not authorised to use.
We prepare our material with care and review it regularly, but certification syllabuses change. We do not warrant that the material is complete, current or error-free, that it covers every topic that may appear in an examination, or that using it will result in a pass. The site is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not warrant uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to clause 12, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, examination fees, or the cost of re-sitting an examination.
If you are a consumer, this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account, without refund, where you have materially breached these Terms — in particular clause 5 (licence) or clause 11 (acceptable use) — or where we are required to by law.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published; they do not change the terms of an order you have already placed.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a right you have under that law.
Your purchase transaction is additionally governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions, and Paddle handles billing disputes for the transaction itself.
